Who We Work With
We work with small and mid-sized businesses that need senior engineering capacity without the overhead of building a team from scratch, and without handing the work to an anonymous outsourcing pool. Since 2018, that has meant around 29 clients, most with projects in the $10k-100k range: real budgets for scoped, specific work, not enterprise procurement cycles.
How We Staff
We hire senior engineers only. Every engineer on your project has done this kind of work before, and stays on past launch instead of rotating to the next sale the week you go live. We work nearshore, with enough overlap in the workday for daily standups and real-time collaboration, not a hand-off queue across twelve time zones.
Support stays with the same team, so context does not reset after launch.
